Virtual task 2

Pencil vs. camera

First you can check some ideas for this task from Ben Heine´s video or you can just write "Pencil vs. camera" to google.

PART 1.
Draw something on paper. It can be anything as long as it is somehow figurative. You can look around and really draw something what you see or you can use your imagination!

Shape of the drawing and tools to use are free. Regular pencils or coloured ones would the easiest to use, but also crayons or pastels are possible tools.

When your drawing is ready you should scan it. Name your scanned drawing file with your first name and save it as PDF form. One of your teachers will then save it to your VIWO project´s Drive.

All drawings should be saved Drive (files are named with partner organisation´s names) at the latest on Friday 11th of December 2015! And after that Milla from KSAO will shuffle the drawings between all the participants and then we can continue with photographying.

PART 2.
Print out the drawing which you will continue. And try to find place where this drawing seems to fit. Check through camera´s lens! It doesn´t matter that your fingers will in the photo.

Load your photo in to the VIWO blogpages and remember to mention both names (the one who made the drawing and the one took the photo)
Technical request are the same as in task 1.
  • resolution max. 150 ppi, even 72ppi is enough
  • max. amount of pixels 800x800
  • only possible file formats are jpg, png and gif
  • add label (Virtula task 2) into the loading
All the Pencil vs. camera -results should be loaded to the blog before the first workshop in Finland in January 2016.
